99 Acres, Endless Opportunities

Town of Sheboygan Enlists Savage to Brand New Town Center

You know what’s cool about Sheboygan? Lots of stuff. The Malibu of the Midwest is the freshwater surf capital of the world, welcoming thousands of diehard surfers a year to the (not-so) balmy beaches of Lake Michigan. It’s also home to the best brats, beer, and that wholesome “hey dere” Wisconsin accent we all know and love.

And it’s about to get even cooler! The Town of Sheboygan (located just north of the City of Sheboygan for you non-locals) is breaking ground on a mixed-use development that is sure to become a hub of shopping, eating, enjoying the great outdoors, and kicking back. Oh, and did we mention you can even live there? Residents will have the choice of renting apartments or pocket homes, with shared community spaces.

“Ultimately what we want to accomplish is to create a sense of belonging,” shares Tom Stocco, who is helping lead the project’s development. “When people come here, we want them to feel like they’ve truly arrived somewhere.”

With a brand new town center comes a brand new…brand. After seeing our portfolio with the City of Oak Creek, Downtown Waukesha, and the City of West Allis, the Town of Sheboygan engaged with Savage to build a brand that would attract business owners, visitors, and residents.

We’ve got 99-acres worth of opportunity, here, and while we can’t spill the beans just yet, we can say with confidence that this is a place you’re definitely gonna want to check out.

See you there!
